Terms & Conditions — luck92 Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "luck92," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the luck92 online gaming platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with luck92, accesses the Platform, or uses any of its services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and conditions separate from real-money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, payment processing, and any other features made available through the luck92 Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing the luck92 Platform or creating an Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with luck92's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Your acceptance is confirmed through any of the following actions: completing the registration process; making a deposit; placing a bet or wager; or using any feature of the Platform after the effective date of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and luck92 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether written or oral.

Access to and use of the luck92 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. luck92 enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification and reserves the right to request additional age verification documents at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or depositing.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of luck92 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the luck92 Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The opening of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number, and a valid contact number. You undertake to keep all registered information up to date and to notify luck92 promptly of any changes.

luck92 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. All decisions in this regard are final.

The KYC verification process must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. luck92 may request one or more of the following documents: a copy of your valid CNIC; proof of current residential address dated within ninety (90) days; and proof of the payment method used to make deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. luck92 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify luck92 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

All financial transactions on the luck92 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). luck92 does not support foreign currency accounts or currency conversion within the Platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. luck92 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, GrabPay, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Cash OTC. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. luck92 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is not technically possible. luck92 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified accounts before 17:00 PKT. Requests submitted after this time or by accounts with pending KYC documentation will be processed on the next business day.

luck92 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crime. Such requests may be held pending the completion of these checks. luck92 will not be liable for delays resulting from such necessary compliance activity.

luck92 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all luck92 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and the associated wagering requirements completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account without compensation.
• Each promotion is available to each eligible Player once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will result in permanent Account closure.
• luck92 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements attached to already-claimed bonuses will be honoured.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable game weighting schedule.

luck92 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including through the use of automated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus structures with minimal risk.

All bets and wagers placed on the luck92 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sports market, as published within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before wagering.

luck92 reserves the right to void any bet where: a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; a bet has been placed after an event has concluded; there is clear evidence of misuse or exploitation of a system error; or an event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable sporting rules.

luck92's sports betting markets, including those covering PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, football, kabaddi, and other sports, are settled strictly in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body. luck92 does not accept responsibility for errors in results data sourced from third-party data providers beyond a reasonable period of correction.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering. luck92 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual Accounts or markets at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luck92 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game or service.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit bonus structures or guaranteed profit patterns in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Colluding with other Players in any game — including but not limited to live poker — in a manner that artificially influences outcomes.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems underlying the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that causes, or is likely to cause, damage to the Platform's reputation, technical infrastructure, or relationships with its licensed game providers and payment processors.

All content on the luck92 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphical assets, text, trademarks, logos, and the luck92 brand identity — is the exclusive property of luck92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; use the luck92 name, logo, or trademarks without express written consent; frame or mirror the Platform on any other website; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of luck92's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

luck92 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at luck92.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

luck92 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where strictly necessary for the delivery of the Services — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, game software suppliers, and regulatory bodies — and only to the minimum extent required for each specific purpose.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by luck92, subject to the Platform's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory compliance purposes. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

luck92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible through the account portal, which Players are strongly encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose over a defined period. Particularly useful for players who prefer structured budget management.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration. These alerts are designed to promote awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from all luck92 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

luck92 applies the 21+ age restriction absolutely. Any player who believes they may have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from independent responsible gaming organisations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck92 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

luck92 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. luck92 will not be liable for any losses — including losses of potential winnings — arising from Platform downtime, however caused.

luck92 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from: your reliance on information provided on the Platform; technical failures of your own device or internet connection; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or any force majeure event beyond luck92's reasonable control.

In any event, luck92's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luck92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void all or part of any Balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The Account is being used in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to luck92, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandates the closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player — for example, as a result of the Platform ceasing operations in a particular market — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting luck92 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred, including outstanding wagering requirements attached to claimed bonuses.

luck92 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luck92 will provide reasonable notice to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute between a Player and luck92 shall be the version that was most recently published and accepted by the Player prior to the event giving rise to the dispute.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck92 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute by submitting a written complaint to luck92 via the support channel at [email protected]. luck92 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 28 days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

luck92 does not operate an internal arbitration scheme. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, the Player retains the right to pursue available legal remedies in the applicable jurisdiction.
